How are our images selected and finished?
I personally review the photographs and select the strongest images to tell your story. A wedding gallery often includes around 700–1,000 images, though the final number depends on your day. I value a meaningful, beautifully edited collection over a promised image count.
I photograph in RAW, then carefully adjust color, white balance, exposure and cropping. The images in your gallery are finished photographs, ready to enjoy.

When will we see our photographs and book design?
You’ll receive a small selection of 10–15 images to share while I finish editing your wedding story. Within about two weeks of the wedding, I present your first book design, followed by your edited online gallery.
With Robert Evans Studio Signature Coverage, we refine the Couture Book design together. Your finished digital images are released after your album is approved and delivered. With Essential Wedding Coverage, your finished digital images are released after your Signature Book is delivered, or three months after your wedding. Because each Couture Book is handmade, please allow four to six weeks after final design approval for printing, binding and finishing.

Can we create a custom collection?
Absolutely. Parent books, duplicate albums, wall portraits, rehearsal dinners and next-day celebrations can all be considered as we plan. If you already know you’d like something extra, let’s discuss it before booking. A custom collection can often save 15–25% compared with purchasing those additions separately, depending on what you choose.

I select 25–50 images and design your Signature Book as my personal telling of your day. Image selection and design are entirely mine; this book does not include a client review or revision process. Your Signature Book is guaranteed to be delivered to your door within three months of your wedding date. Your finished digital images are released after your book is delivered, or three months after your wedding.

I begin with a design that tells the full story, which may include more than 125 images. You decide what stays. Keep your book within the included image count, or add images at $25 each—ten additional images are $250. Additional images are always your choice.
Reserving your date.
I photograph just ten weddings each year, including both local and destination celebrations, so I can give each couple my personal attention. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with a signed contract and a $3,500 deposit. If you have a date in mind, I’d love to hear what you’re planning.
