Settle the details before the wedding day

Before the wedding, confirm the coverage, travel, extra events, finished photographs and books you want. Know the agreed start and finish times, what an additional hour would cost, and how any extra time will be approved. Keep those details in your written agreement and follow the agreed payment schedule.

I don’t want a couple deciding between enjoying the party and negotiating coverage for a cake cutting that has moved later. Discuss those possibilities while planning, and give your planner the information they need. On the wedding day, your attention belongs with each other and your guests.
