Let a little rain change the photograph

Rain or snow may change the plan, but it doesn’t have to take the feeling out of your photographs. Talk with your photographer about a sheltered place and whether you would enjoy a brief moment outdoors if conditions allow.

I enjoy the possibilities that different weather brings: reflections, movement, an umbrella and a reason to stand a little closer. Stay comfortable, keep the plan flexible, and don’t feel obliged to go outside. The photograph should come from an experience you want to have.
