Plan the photography team’s meal with yours

Coordinate with your caterer and planner so your photographer and videographer can eat while you and your guests are eating. By the reception, they may have been working for hours, and a meal gives them a chance to recharge.

Check that their break won’t overlap with a toast, a dance or another moment you want photographed. Agree on the timing with the emcee, too. Caring for the people working behind the scenes helps them be ready when the celebration picks up again.
