Introduce your wedding team before the day
A shared plan helps everyone be ready for the moments that matter.
Connect your photographer, videographer, planner, venue contact and emcee before the wedding. They should know the same schedule, especially when the toasts, dances and other reception moments will happen. If you are still choosing a videographer, ask your photographer who they enjoy working with.
On the day, ask the team to check in before announcing an important event or changing the plan. A quick heads-up gives everyone time to get into position. You can enjoy the toast instead of wondering whether someone went looking for your photographer.
